2009 membership fees increase voting

If passed the dues will be as follows

New Member:
Dues $55
Initiation $35

CORF Member Renewal
Dues $55

I'm all for getting more income for the club but at the same time, I don't want to scare any members off. Can you give us a rough budget for next year? Things like fixed costs for the port a john and gas for the mower. Also what we expect the concrete to cost, total income based on last year. Things like that.

I voted yes but I think we should consider leaving the initiation at $25 and raising dues to $50 instead of $55.

Let's not forget the 450 surcharge for Jason. That should generate some revenue

It funny you say that. I was thinking we should raise dues to 55 and leave the initiation fee at 25.

My vote is to raise dues to $55 and keep the initiation fee at $25. With the progress that is being made to improve the site the extra $10 a year seams well worth it to me. Hopefully keeping the initiation fee at $25 will be welcoming to new members.

Hope to spend more time out there this year...

How about $55 for current members, and $50 + $25 for new members?
With our dues deadline approaching, when will the due fees be decided?
